The homestay has an excellent location right next to attractions like Tam Coc and the town center. The room was beautiful, and the breakfast offered many options. We really enjoyed our stay at the homestay.

I truly enjoyed the place. The location is particularly good close enough to the center of Tam Coc, Ninh Binh and Tam Coc, and the rooms are fully furnished. Stuff is helpful and amazingly nice. You can use climate control, a sitting area, and a writing table.

We had an amazing stay at this homestay. The property was stunning with unique decor and layout. The rooms were clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. The owners and their children were incredibly kind and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was convenient, just a short walk to restaurants and attractions. The breakfast portions were generous and there were plenty of vegetarian options. we couldn't recommend this place enough!

The buffet and Asian breakfast options at the homestay were absolutely delicious. I had so many choices that it felt like going to a breakfast buffet in a fancy hotel. The spread was vast and the food was fresh and flavorful. It definitely fueled me up for a day of exploring Ninh Binh!

Smelly rooms

The private bathroom with shower and free toiletries was a game-changer for me. It felt so relaxing and convenient, especially as a guest with disabilities. I truly appreciated having this personal space to freshen up and unwind.

Personally, I didn't really enjoy the fully equipped private bathroom. But hey, that's just my opinion, others might still dig it!

Although the breakfast was decent, it could have been improved with the inclusion of fresh juice. the outside area of the property could benefit from some tidying up for a more pleasing aesthetic.

We got great value for our money at this homestay. The room was spacious, clean, and had one of the best bathrooms we've seen in Vietnam. The location was perfect, right next to the Tam Coc boat tours and close to other attractions. The staff, despite limited English, were incredibly friendly and helpful.

I feel incredibly lucky to have found this homestay in Ninh Binh! The room was beautiful and the grounds were spacious and clean. Whether it was daytime or nighttime, I felt like I was at home rather than a hotel. The host was amazing and made sure that we had a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast with plenty of options. Renting a car or bike from the homestay was convenient and affordable, thanks to the helpful host. I would definitely choose to stay here again if I ever return to Ninh Binh.

New Year's at this homestay was amazing! the family was so accommodating and allowed us to check in early in the morning. the room was surprisingly better than the pictures showed, and the bed was so comfortable. We also loved that there was a tasty vegan restaurant onsite, perfect for us vegetarians. the location of the homestay was ideal, just a few minutes away from restaurants, mini marts, and bars. We were able to explore the area easily. the bathroom was the best we've had during our travels in Asia, with a quick-drying floor and efficient extractor fan. a great stay!

Although our stay was wonderful, there were a few minor downsides. the room had a slight odor of humidity, which was a bit off-putting.

Convenient location, friendly and helpful hosts, clean and comfortable rooms, beautiful surroundings, delicious breakfast options, affordable transportation services.

the early check-in was a lifesaver, allowing me to rest after a long journey. The kind and friendly staff, despite the language barrier, made me feel welcomed. The spacious room in a central location was a pleasant surprise.
